01

Scope and ownership

This Notice applies to www.wellgood-international.com, all its pages and content, and all materials made available through it.

Except for material expressly identified as belonging to a third party, all transferable intellectual-property and economic rights held by Wellgood in the original materials published on the website—including original text, graphics, designs, photographs, video, audio, the distinctive Wellgood name and W logo, visual identity, website code, and original selections, arrangements and compilations—are exclusively owned by WELLGOOD INTERNATIONAL LLC (“Wellgood”). Materials licensed from third parties remain governed by their licences. Protection applies to the extent provided by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and other relevant jurisdictions.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. This Notice does not claim protection for ideas, facts, methods or material that applicable law leaves unprotected.

02

Permitted access and legal exceptions

You may access and browse the website in an ordinary and lawful manner for its intended informational purpose. Temporary technical copies strictly necessary for normal browsing, transmission, security or caching are not prohibited by this Notice.

Reputable public search engines may crawl and index publicly accessible pages in good faith solely to display them in public search results, provided they comply with the website’s published robots.txt file and other technical instructions or controls. This does not authorize retention or reuse for another purpose.

Nothing in this Notice limits a right, exception or statutory limitation that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable law.

03

Uses requiring prior written authorization

Except as permitted by applicable law or with Wellgood’s prior written authorization, protected content may not be used in any of the following ways, in whole or in part:

  • Copying, reproducing, publishing, republishing, distributing, transmitting, retransmitting, displaying, performing, making available to the public, retaining or archiving by electronic, mechanical or other means.
  • Modifying, adapting, extracting from, translating, or creating derivative works from the content.
  • Commercially exploiting, selling, sublicensing, syndicating, or incorporating the content into a commercial product or service.
  • Systematically extracting, collecting, scraping or harvesting content manually or automatically, including through robots, crawlers or automated collection tools, other than the search indexing expressly permitted above.
  • Creating, populating, enriching or organising a database, corpus or dataset with the content.
  • Training, fine-tuning, developing, testing, validating or improving an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system or model with any content.
  • Mirroring the website or framing, embedding or inline-linking its content where this republishes it, substitutes for access to the original source, bypasses a technical control, or falsely suggests ownership, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by Wellgood.
  • Removing an intellectual-property or source notice, or knowingly misrepresenting the owner or source of the content.

Accurate attribution does not by itself create permission. An ordinary link to a public Wellgood page is not prohibited where it does not reproduce protected material or misrepresent affiliation or endorsement.

04

Trademarks and no implied licence

The names WELLGOOD, Wellgood International and WELLGOOD INTERNATIONAL LLC, the distinctive W logo, the WELLGOOD INTERNATIONAL wordmark, slogans, visual-identity elements and trade dress used by the company are proprietary trademarks, service marks, trade names and brand assets exclusively owned by WELLGOOD INTERNATIONAL LLC, whether registered or unregistered. Nothing in this Notice states that a particular mark is registered unless expressly identified as such.

Displaying these elements or making the website available grants no express or implied right or licence to use them. Any unauthorized or unlawful use that infringes Wellgood’s rights—including copying, counterfeiting, imitation, confusingly similar use, false attribution, or falsely suggesting ownership, affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, approval or endorsement—constitutes an infringement of rights asserted and protected under applicable law.

05

Third-party and licensed materials

The website may contain names, marks, images, fonts, software components, links or other materials in which rights are held by third parties. Those materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights, licences and terms and may be displayed under a licence, permission or another lawful basis.

Wellgood does not claim ownership beyond the rights it actually holds. Inclusion of third-party material or a link does not necessarily imply affiliation, sponsorship, approval or mutual endorsement.

06

Permission requests and infringement reports

A request for permission should identify the content and page URL, the proposed use, publication medium, territory and requested duration. Sending a request, or receiving no response, does not grant permission. Permission is effective only when issued in writing by an authorized Wellgood representative.

To report a suspected infringement in good faith, provide a clear description and URL of the material, the nature of the right asserted, the reporter’s contact details and capacity or authority, and any available supporting information.

Send permission requests and good-faith infringement reports to info@wellgood-international.com.

07

Enforcement, applicable law and controlling language

Wellgood reserves the right to investigate and pursue every infringement or unlawful use and, where appropriate, to commence technical, administrative, civil, criminal or other proceedings before competent authorities and courts in Egypt and in any other jurisdiction having lawful competence, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Available measures may include preserving evidence, issuing notices, requesting removal or blocking of infringing material, seeking interim or permanent injunctive relief, seizure where available, damages, an account of profits, costs and any other lawful remedy. No prior notice is required where the law permits immediate action, and failure to act in one instance is not a waiver of any right.

This Notice is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including applicable provisions of Law No. 82 of 2002 on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights, as amended, without prejudice to mandatory rules or protections available under the laws of other relevant jurisdictions and applicable treaties.

The Arabic version is the original and controlling version. If it conflicts with a translation, the Arabic version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law.
