Website use policy and terms
This policy governs use of the entire WELLGOOD INTERNATIONAL LLC website: its pages, sections, content, downloadable materials, communication channels and available features, including the assistant. Read it with the privacy and intellectual property notices. Arabic controls to the extent permitted by law; mandatory rights and rules remain unaffected.

01 Scope and acceptance
This policy covers public pages, sectors, services, careers, grants and opportunities, and resources and features actually provided through the website or expressly referring to this policy. Read it before use and refrain from incompatible use. Where a feature requires explicit acceptance, it is requested before activation. Browsing or silence is not consent to marketing, tracking or optional processing, and does not establish historical acceptance of terms never presented to the user.
02 Permitted use and limited licence
You may browse public content, share accurate links, and download materials expressly offered for download for personal use or internal assessment of company services, subject to any file-specific licence. This limited, non-exclusive permission transfers no ownership and does not authorise resale or commercial republication. Preserve rights and source notices and do not distort content or imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist. Uses and exceptions permitted by law remain available.
03 Information, offers and contracting
Descriptions of sectors, services and projects are not in themselves binding offers or commitments on resources, quantities, prices or outcomes. An enquiry, download or automated response does not itself create a contract, agency, partnership or authority to represent the company. Commercial obligations require an offer or agreement approved by an authorised representative and legally valid acceptance, including electronic acceptance where applicable. A valid specific agreement prevails for its subject matter.
04 Technical and professional content
Articles, drawings, templates, images and technical or commercial information supplied for general information do not replace a case-specific assessment, approved design or tailored professional advice. Check suitability, currency and applicable technical and regulatory requirements before reliance or execution. An illustration or design concept is not by itself evidence of project ownership, delivery or technical approval.
05 Intellectual property and identity
Rights in content, marks, designs, software, plans, expressed methodologies and protectable assets remain with their respective owners, whether the company, its licensors or third parties, under the relevant legal title and law. Availability grants no right to Wellgood's name, identity or assets; technical access, hosting, maintenance or development does not transfer ownership. Impersonation and false claims of ownership, partnership or endorsement are prohibited. This policy creates no monopoly over abstract ideas or rights unsupported by law; the intellectual property notice provides further terms.
06 Copying, extraction and automated use
Without permission or a legal basis, protected materials must not be copied, republished, sold, used to create commercial databases, scraped beyond the licence or technical controls, or used to train models in breach of law or rights. Circumventing request limits, removing rights notices and creating misleading site copies are prohibited. Lawful quotation and mandatory exceptions remain available, as does ordinary indexing of public pages without bypassing protection or imposing unreasonable load. Indexing instructions alone grant no content-rights licence.
07 Security and prohibited conduct
Fraud, phishing, impersonation, malware, spam, unauthorised access, exploitation or active system probing without authorisation, privilege bypass, disruption, resource exhaustion, and unlawful collection or disclosure of others' data are prohibited. Report vulnerabilities in good faith to the contact below without exploiting them, accessing others' data or harming the service. This policy is not authorisation for security testing or a reward promise and does not restrict lawful reports to competent authorities.
08 Correspondence and submissions
Provide accurate information relevant to your request; do not act for others without authority or share materials you have no right to provide. Do not send secrets, sensitive data or unsolicited confidential ideas through public channels without a suitable confidentiality arrangement. Ownership remains with the sender; permission to handle materials is limited to receiving, assessing and responding to the request and delivering an agreed engagement, under applicable privacy terms and agreements. Sending materials alone grants no right to publish, market or own them and does not oblige the company to accept a proposal.
09 Links and third-party services
External sites, platforms and service providers have their own terms and policies. A link, name or mark does not itself establish endorsement, guarantee, agency or partnership. Verify the provider, address and terms before submitting data or paying money. Linking does not extend this policy to third-party sites or exclude company responsibility imposed by mandatory law.
10 Careers, grants and opportunities
Listings support discovery and may change or close. An advertisement or referral does not guarantee admission, employment, funding or a visa. Check the official source and the opportunity's specific terms; Wellgood-provided opportunities are governed by their approved documents. Listing an external opportunity does not make Wellgood its provider's representative. No one may claim guaranteed acceptance in Wellgood's name or demand payment on that basis.
11 Accounts and access permissions
Any restricted-area access is limited to the authorised person, purpose and permissions. Protect credentials, do not share them or transfer access without authorisation, and report suspected misuse. An administration page does not invite public registration or unauthorised access; an account or technical permission grants no ownership of the company or website. Suspected abusive access may be restricted subject to applicable law and agreements.
12 Privacy and choices
The privacy notice explains data, purposes, applicable bases, providers, retention, rights and contacts. Accepting this policy is not an open-ended authorisation to collect, sell, publish or use data to train models. Marketing, tracking and optional processing require an appropriate legal basis and separate consent where necessary and are not activated merely by browsing. Withdrawal of optional consent does not invalidate lawful past processing or statutory obligations; public information pages remain available without enabling assistant questions.
13 Assistant and interactive features
The assistant uses published company information only, with no connection to management files, email or customer records. General conversation is processed in the browser without sending it to the chat server or an AI model. Do not put secrets or personal data in chat; detected sensitive message text is omitted from the saved transcript, but screening cannot detect every sensitive detail. The website does not offer a visitor request form or send automatic email alerts for such requests. Contact Wellgood through the email or telephone details published in the contact section; assistant conversations are not sent to the company. Any previously saved requests remain private to administration, expire 180 days after receipt and are deleted on the next register access; earlier deletion can be requested through official contact channels.
14 Accuracy, availability and responsibility
The company exercises reasonable care in managing content and service and may correct information or suspend a feature for maintenance, security or legal reasons. It does not guarantee error-free materials, uninterrupted service or suitability of general information for every purpose. Liability, loss and causation are determined under applicable law and agreements. This policy does not exclude fraud, wilful or gross misconduct, or non-excludable rights or liabilities. Publication alone does not vary a valid specific contract, and no automatic visitor fine or fixed indemnity is imposed.
15 Breaches and protective action
Proportionate measures may be taken to stop misuse, including limiting requests, suspending abusive access, removing infringing material or preserving necessary evidence, under law, the privacy notice and applicable agreements. Removal, interim relief, compensation or referral to competent authorities may be sought where legally supported. A good-faith complaint, rights claim or responsible security report is not a breach merely because the company disagrees with it.
16 Reports, objections and contact
Send policy questions and abuse, rights or security reports to info@wellgood-international.com with the page link, specific facts, standing and available evidence, without passwords or unnecessary sensitive data. Proportionate verification may be requested to protect rights holders. Receipt or investigation is not an admission, ownership transfer or waiver. Lawful complaints, objections and recourse to competent authorities remain available.
17 Law, updates and continuing rights
Egyptian law governs, subject to applicable mandatory rules, user rights and legally established jurisdiction. This policy imposes no arbitration or waiver of access to justice. Updates are made available here and fresh acceptance is requested where required for relevant features. The effective date alone creates no historical user acceptance or ownership transfer; revisions apply to subsequent use after availability and acceptance where required. Existing evidenced prior rights remain reserved. An invalid provision does not invalidate the remaining lawful terms, and non-enforcement is not waiver.
