Scope and operator
This notice applies to the public corporate website operated from Egypt by WELLGOOD INTERNATIONAL LLC (“Wellgood”, “we” or “us”). It covers visits to the website and the limited interactions described below.
The site is informational at launch. This notice describes its current behavior; it is not a certification that every privacy law in every jurisdiction applies to, or has been fully satisfied by, the site.
What the site does at launch
The website has a deliberately limited data footprint. Infrastructure needed to deliver and protect a public website can still process technical data.
Currently active
- Public information pages and video files hosted with the site.
- A language code stored for the current browser session under wellgood-language.
- Possible access, diagnostic and security logs created by the host, CDN or security network.
- The hosting platform may generate aggregated page-view and visitor statistics under its own operational and security policies. Wellgood does not receive visitor identities through those aggregated statistics.
- Email and telephone links that hand the action to your own email or phone service.
Not active at launch
- No third-party advertising or behavioral-analytics tools added by Wellgood.
- No advertising pixels, behavioral advertising or profiling.
- No public contact form or in-site document upload.
- No payment account or checkout.
- No on-site job, grant or scholarship application.
Data categories, purposes and possible legal grounds
The legal ground depends on the interaction, the visitor and the law that applies. The table therefore states the grounds that may be relevant rather than asserting that one ground applies everywhere.

Where consent is the required ground, you may withdraw it for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully or processing supported by another valid ground.
How the current site features work
These distinctions matter because an external action can involve data even when the website itself does not contain an input form.
Email and telephone links
Selecting a mailto or tel link opens the email or telephone service configured on your device. Wellgood receives only what you then choose to send or communicate. Your email provider, telephone carrier and device platform process the action under their own terms and notices.
Language storage and cookies
The selected language is kept in sessionStorage as wellgood-language and is normally limited to the current page session; browser session-restoration behavior may extend that session. Session storage is not an HTTP cookie. The site does not intentionally deploy analytics or advertising cookies at launch, but hosting, CDN or security services may use strictly necessary cookies or similar mechanisms. The site is therefore not described as cookie-free.
Self-hosted video
Video is served from the site’s own media path through its hosting infrastructure, not loaded as a third-party social-video embed. Playing it generates ordinary media requests that may appear in the technical logs described above.
Careers, grants and scholarships
These pages publish informational listing data such as titles, summaries, locations, dates and a public external link or contact route. They do not accept applications, files or applicant profiles on this website. If you follow an external application link or send an email, the receiving service’s notice also applies.
Recipients and international processing locations
We do not sell site-visitor data or disclose it for behavioral advertising at launch.
The site is operated from Egypt. Internet routing and the networks used by hosting, CDN and security providers mean limited technical data may be processed or stored in Egypt, the United States and other provider network locations. The exact route and location can vary by request, provider configuration and network conditions.
Where a law restricts an international transfer, Wellgood will assess and use the legal mechanism and safeguards required for that transfer where applicable. This statement does not promise that technical data remains in Egypt or assert that one transfer mechanism applies in every country.
Data may be available, as needed, to:
- Hosting, CDN, cybersecurity and technical support providers that deliver or protect the site.
- Email, telecommunications and device-platform providers involved when you initiate direct contact.
- Professional advisers, insurers, auditors or public authorities when access is necessary, lawful and appropriately limited.
- An external opportunity or information provider when you choose to follow its link; that provider handles the resulting visit under its own notice.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only for the purpose that justified it and subject to applicable legal, incident-response and records obligations.
Language preference
The wellgood-language value is held for the browser page session and can be cleared using browser controls. A browser that restores sessions may retain it until that restored session ends.
Host, CDN and security logs
Retention periods for hosting, CDN and security logs are determined by the hosting provider’s applicable policies and may vary by log type, configuration and operational or legal requirements. Relevant records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for a security incident, abuse investigation, backup cycle, legal claim, legal hold or another binding requirement.
Direct correspondence
Emails and business records are kept only as long as needed to answer the enquiry, manage an actual or prospective relationship, resolve a dispute and meet applicable accounting, contractual or legal duties. Communications providers and backups may have separate retention cycles.
Security is a continuing process
We use proportionate administrative, technical and organizational measures for the current site and limit access according to need. No website, network or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and this notice does not make such a guarantee.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may ask Wellgood to:
- Confirm whether we process personal data about you and provide access to it.
- Correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete data, or restrict or object to processing, where the relevant conditions are met.
- Provide portable data where a portability right applies.
- Withdraw consent for future processing where processing is based on consent.
There is no advertising profiling or decision made solely by automated processing on this site at launch. To protect people’s data, we may verify identity and ask for enough detail to locate the relevant record. Rights can be subject to legal conditions, exemptions and the rights of others.

We may revise this notice when the site, providers or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated, and a prominent on-site notice may be used when a change is material. We do not promise email notice where we do not hold a visitor’s email address.
Before introducing analytics, advertising technology, a public form, payment checkout or on-site applications, Wellgood should update this notice and add consent or other controls where required. This notice does not describe those future features as active.
